Hi all,

I'm configuring a system and I'm curious:
Which wireless adapter is the best to get?
The default choice is ThinkPad bgn Wireless, but
Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 is the same price.
I want the best possible Linux compatibility ideally.

Thanks.

Get the Intel WiFi 6200 or 6300. Intel has the best drivers, and those are well-supported cards. Older cards just have older radios which won't be as sensitive and/or fast. Avoid the "Thinkpad BGN" (no Atheros support for the open-source driver) and the 6050 WiFi/WiMax (firmware just came out and apparently isn't that stable yet).
