How to know the hardware config of my T510

#1 Post by kazaaerato » Sat Jun 26, 2010 11:34 am

Hi, everybody. Thanks for suggestion on this board; i got my T510 with FHD from Lenovo. I want to find out whether the screen I am looking at is indeed FHD and the graphic card is indeed 512M. How can I do so without installing special software on my PC? I tried device manager, but it is very general....

many thanks.

Goto the lenovo site, and do a parts lookup using your machine type and serial number
That should give you a list for the parts on your laptop and from the part numbers you can find out whats what.

That's easy. Open "Display properties" and check to see whether the resolution is 1920x1080.

For other components, go to the parts lookup site as xyz suggested:

Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)
Acer T272HUL; Crossover 404K; Dell 3008WFP, U2715H, U2711, P2416D; Monoprice 10734; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP
