T510 highest CPU temperature

T510 i5 540M CPU
I started to use TPFanControl and now i C that sometimes CPU temperature reaches up to ~75'C (~167F) on high loads
Is it normal ? I never had any frozen screen or something. Just wondering if it's normal...
On the idle cpu temperature is about ~50'C (~122F)

That sounds pretty much normal to me for an i5 CPU at full utilization. If it swings into the 90's then you may have an issue.
