original memory supplied by lenovo with T400...

Just curious, what was the Cl/cas(?) of the original memory suppllied by lenovo.
was it 5 or 7?.
---T400 ,p8400,CFSL wxga+(not earth friendly),9 cell, only 2GB(1+1),increased to 4GB(2+2)....
