Adding webcam to T400?

I've been wanting to add the integrated webcam to my T400 ever since I bought it. I know that this entails adding a new LCD cable that has the webcam in it, as well as a new LCD bezel which supports it. However, while searching around I've only been able to find these parts for the LED-backlit model... not the CFFL version that I have. Where do I find these part numbers at?
