T400 LED conversion?

Hey there. I'm not committed to this just yet; I'm simply running the numbers and figuring out what might benefit me better in the long run.

I was wondering what exactly is needed to convert a CFFL T400 to an LED display. Here's what I know is needed:

LCD cable
LED display bezel
LED display panel

Is there anything else that is needed, like a different lid rollcage or anything like that?

The LCD cover is different too. Just scroll down and see what are led specific.

That and the LED board... hm. I'm on the fence between this and the AFFS mod on my X200. Just gotta run the numbers and see which will benefit me more. Thanks!

A vote for the X200 mode if you're taking them.

I kinda am at the moment. I'm deciding which out of the two is going to better suit my college usage for the next few years. The 'winner' is the one I'll do the display mod to as well as getting the docking solution for it so I can also have a decent multi-monitor setup at home.
