T410 6-cell battery pack

Hi,

I would like to buy a spare 6-cell battery pack to goes along with my current 9-cell (FRU 42T4799).

My girlfriend, who is currently in China, can buy the battery for a very cheap price, but every genuine models we have found are 10.8V when my 9-cell is a 11.1V. They're FRU 42T4793, 42T4795 or so (I don't really get the differences between those FRU numbers).

Are all 6-cell battery 10.8V? Also, is that possible that it could work with my 2516-CTO T410?

Yes don't worry about the voltage, go by the compatible FRU#s for the model and make sure it's not a knock off.

AS far as battery compatibility T400/T410, I think not.

Actually the FRU number the sellers give me are correct FRU numbers for T410 and genuine but they're also 10.8V.

Since my 9-cell battery is a 11.1V, I was wondering if a 10.8V is normal or not?

By the way, is an FRU model is better than another?

Yes it is normal. Why would you care if it's a genuine part for a T410?

Lenovo offers so many configuration and so many sellers write wrong description that I wanted to be sure it can fit and wan't able to check this information on any website.
