You just bought a new T410! What now?

Ok so you just got your new laptop in the mail. i7, 500gb 7200 hd, windows 7 proffesional, etc etc. What now? What programs do you add, which ones do you delete. What are the startup programs that you narrow your list down to. Security, browser, music management, media players... What is one to do to complete this brilliant piece of hardware.

When I got mine, I looked at All Programs & got rid of the stuff I didn't want like Norton (or McAfee, or whatever it was) and a few other things, but not many.... yet.
I made sure I updated att the MS critical & optional updates and all the lenovo updates using System Updater.
From there I just started installing the apps I normally use - MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Standard, Paint Shop Pro, CCleaner, Google Earth, whatever.
Its really a personal choice.
