Overclocking the Radeon HD3470 on T400?

Has anyone succeeded in doing this? One of the things I like about this laptop is that it runs very cool. Clearly it can withstand some overclocking .
Unfortunately I couldn't do it myself, but I've read reports of people who did. Any success under Windows 7?
