Hi All,

Suddenly my Laptop Ctrl keys not functioning.

Both keys are not working. Its working whenever my system gets stuck .

I have tried in the USB keyboard. Its working fine.

My onscreen keyboard Ctrl keys also working fine.

Can anyone please help me out in this.

Does it work in Safe Mode?

I have tried in safe mode too.

Its not working safe mode also.

Maybe the keyboard layout has been changed so that CTRL no longer maps properly. Perhaps the driver is no longer functioning?

Try going to Device Manager and uninstalling the Standard PS/2 keyboard and having it reinstall a driver for it.
