vid control for T400 with p8400

[T400plus]

Is there a program to control vid for p8400 on a T400.
network hardware control doesnot work.(It works nicely for pentium M on T41).
RMClock shows only 3 states and doesnot effect any control.?
I just want the information and T400 is cool enough not to be bothered about.
T400, wxga+,2765-T6U,XP sp3,4GB

RMClock works fine for me with a P8700.

If you are running a 64-bit version of Windows I think you need to get the signed copy of rtcore64.sys from the RMClock forums.

i am using a discontinued os.it is xp sp3.[32 bit !]
RMclock shows only 3 states.After I lower the voltages
I dont see any difference in the status display.
Are there only 3 states?
T400, wxga+,p8400,4gb,....
