Hi, I'm about to buy a mini dock series 3 and just want to check if they ever go on sale or have coupons before I pay the $220

Docks are classified under accessories, and accessory coupons are considerably rarer than laptop coupons.

Probably try Craigslist; they're cheaper.

Or eBay. There's currently one Buy-it-Now for $145 (shipping included).

edit: Also found three others for $140. Search for "433710U" and "4337-10U".

The Craigslist in my area lists a few for 55 through 120 and one at 160.

That may be true but the OP would need to look at CL in Tennessee, not Canada, to get the real cost. The ones I found on eBay are supposed to be new and include shipping.

edit: Also, the $55 dock you are probably referring to (Sheppard Ave E and Midland) is for a T60 Mini dock, not the Series 3 (for T4x0/T5x0).

Docks are sometimes used as a special bundle item with new ThinkPad sales (typically a $1 special) but otherwise are rarely available on a coupon deal (maybe once a year).
