Lenovo warranty

Hey there,
I have to send my T500 for repairs (screen went out). It's still under warranty, so no issue there.
The thing is, I'd prefer to receive the 1.500€ I paid for the laptop and buy a macbook. Lenovo has a 30 day "fix it or money back" warranty clause, do you think I should get my hopes up, or are they going to fix it and return it on record time?
