I went to Micro Center today to check out T410 and T410s as I was thinking about ordering one to replace my T60..
However, the lcd screen look really terrible compare to IPS (all my desktop monitors are IPS) or even PVA (T60 is PVA)
Is it true that all T-Series uses TN LED backlit panel?? If so, are there any other thinkpad that still uses PVA or IPP or FFS?
I know x201 tablet uses a better quality panel, but it is too small for me..will need a 14+ full size laptop for daily use..

Since T61, all thinkpads (except for tablets) are coming with TN panels.
It is possible to DIY replace X200/X200s/X201 screen with IPS/PVA one though.
Also, some T510/W510 modifications are coming with FullHD RGBLED-backlit screen; i've heard this is really great TN.

The only larger notebooks like the T60 that have what you want are the HP 8540w and 8740w with the DreamColor 2 panel. It's an IPS panel.

For the record, no T series has ever used PVA. T60 15" SXGA+/UXGA screens were IPS, just like their T4x predecessors.

Any T4x/T6x series that came from Lenovo with anything other than a TN panel had an IPS one with (AFAIK) one known exception (as I recall, George recently reported a T4x with an AFFS panel "in the wild", but that's about it.)
The vast majority of the industry uses TN panels almost exclusively. There are a few exceptions to that, but for the most part it's hard to find a laptop without one. That said, Lenovo has picked some pretty rotten panels in the past. The WXGA+ panel in my T410 isn't all that bad (considering that it's a business notebook), but it's not something that I'd want to do any high-end graphics work on. The WSXGA+ panel in my T500 was excellent (for a TN panel). The TN panel in my X300 is... well it's pretty bad.
