T410 Win 7 USB hdd lost connection.

T410 - i5, 4gb, 320 gb, intel chipset.
Win7pro - english - with localization.
Freshly installed, with all updates from windows update and lenovo update.
If I connect an usb hard drive, for first time after a few minutes, later immediately I cant see the content of the disc.
It gets drive letter (D-E etc), but I cant browse.
I tried with 2 piece of 2,5" hdd, and with 2 piece 3,5" hdd.
What is the problem, what shall I do?
Any advice?
