Upgrade T410 with camera 60y9402

Is it possible to upgrade a T410 with the integrated camera. I will get one without a camera and I was wondering if the wiring loom etc stuff will be there, so I just need to buy p/n60Y9402, remove the LCD bazel and screw it in. Any ideas ?
