I just got a T410si from work. They also gave me a "Thinkpad USB Port Replicator with Digital Video". I noticed two odd things that are different from my previous Port Replicator. First, it seems I have to open the lid of the laptop to turn it on - there is no on/off switch on the PR?
Second, when the computer is booting the monitor goes blank several times. I get the "No DVI connection" message or something like that. Everything works out eventually, but it is annoying.
Anyway to remedy these two issues?
