Yes. Too much power dissipation for such a thin case. And not enough space for 4 memory slots.

None of the displays flicker. 'could just be my luck.
Haven't seen any flickers on a T400 (LG and Samsung panels), X100e, X61, T60, two T510's, two T410's.
