T400 (switchable graphics) doesn't resume after hibernate

Hello.
I have some problems with my brothers Thinkpad T400. It doesn't resume after hibernate and sometimes after normal shut down.
2765-22G
Intel Core 2 Duo P8600
2GB RAM 1066 MHz
Radeon HD3470 256 MB
Genuine Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1
I made fresh install of slipstreamed Win 7 Pro x64 SP1, install almost all drivers using System Update. At the begining there was a problem with PM 3.45 (it was no showing on taskbar) but after downgraidind it to 3.40 and uninstalling graphic drivers, and than upgrading to 3.45 it works fine.
But there is still problem with hibernation. The Windows couldn't resume after that. After showing Windows animate graphic and 'Resuming Windows' sign there is only blinking _ in top left corner of the screen and nothing happens.
I was looking for a solution on google, here on forum and even on lenovo forum but there is no answer which could resolve my problem. Maybe there is an answer in downgrade to older graphic driver but I can't find it.
Anyway, is there anybody who has the same problem or resolve it? Hibernation is very usefull and I would like to fix that issue.
ThX for any help.
