swapping hard drives with preinstalled Windows 7 from Lenovo

I have two Lenovo Thinkpad T410S exactly the same model and hardware. The only difference is that one is using Windows 7 64bit Pro and the other is using Windows 7 32 bit Pro. These are the Windows 7 given from Lenovo.
Is it possible to just swap out one laptop hard drive that has the Windows 7 64bit to the other T410S that has the Windows 7 32bit.
If it is are there any functions or setting I have to do in the bios?

I do that all the time ( swap HDs of two diff setups of windows + linux)
and all I do = just do a "f1" ie ...MUST GO to > BIOS setup option at boot
( that lets the bios recorganise the NEW HD- as mine = 2 differ mfgs)
and windows boots up AS IF nothing hapened.......

(FYI I have one HD = Winx64+ SuseWS+ OSX , 2nd = Winx32+UBL...AND both boot drives = have STORAGE DATA in UNTRA BAY.......in my w and T series laptops)easy peezeee !

so there shouldn't be any issue with Microsoft activiation for Windows 7 after the switch arround of the Hard drives. The type number for the laptops are the same its just the serial numbers are different.

No, the activiation will not be an issue, since the installs are preactivted and look for a bios key that is standard among thinkpads. There will be no problems with that. As far as windows is concerned, nothing has changed.
