T400s can not read/write Lenovo External Rambo

Hi all, I got the external rambo @lenovo outlet. All the documents in a CD/DVD disk can be seen via Windows explorer, but none can be executed. Noting can be written into a blank disk. I'm using Windows 7 ultimate x64. Cannot figure out the problem. Help, please! Thank you so much.

Can you copy files from the drive to the local disk?
