T410 broken LCD [PIC Warring]

Hi,
User broke his laptop and don't want to change this screen for his cost. At this pic
you can see this. Maybe someone have this same problem? It is possible that isn't his falut?

If you can see a visible scratch or crack then it was caused by the user. It is common for people to close the lid with a pen (or other object) on the keyboard bezel or palm rest. Was that your question?

Long time ago Lenovo have something like cracks form in the ThinkPad LCD at the top and center on the 14.1" wide screen models. If i good remember this is for T61 or T400. Maybe this same problem exist in T410 (imo no, but user...)

The only model I am aware of the owners were complaining about LCD's cracking was the T410s. The T410 LCD is pretty rugged. I'd be surprised if an LCD cracked from normal use in one.
