What material are ThinkPad made of?

I had heard the cover was carbon fiber reinforced plastic, but than I watched a video on the new W520 saying the lid was a combo of carbon fiber and fiber glass.

What are the ThinkPad lids made of? Specifically the T series?

Also what about the rest of the laptop? I know the palm rest is plastic and the hinges are steel. What is the bottom of the laptop, metal?

Thanks!

(my curiosity will never end)

The tabook series of documents typically have the materials used in the construction of Thinkpads:

For example, the W510 has this in the description of case materials:

Display cover: Glass-fiber reinforced plastic; Base: Carbon-fiber reinforced plastic
