Optical drive problem

I have a problem with my T410 laptop. It come from DVD optical diver. I remember once I shutdown my laptop with this command: shutdown -s -t 00 -f, after that, sometime my laptop can't power on my optical and can't shutdown my laptop.

In Device manage warning driver problem and ThinkVantage Toolbox say reinstall driver. I tried to update by System Update, but there is no update. I went to lenovo website and went to download driver page, but there is no too.

How do I solve this issue? Help me!

Try disabling automatic optical drive power off in Power Manager.
