I am missing a device in Other in device manager. Running Win 7 64 Enterprise. I have tried every driver I can think of from the Lenovo site. Here is what it lists from Properties Device ID

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_21CF17AA&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_21CF17AA
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&CC_0780

Any clues as to what I am missing?

Looks like it'd be the AMT stuff. If you don't need it, don't install it. HECI.sys tends to add a bit to DPC latency.

It would appear that this is the culprit but I can not update it or even get the version of what is installed. When I tried to run the install of the ME from the download site (83rf30ww.exe Intel AMT 7.1 Management Engine Firmware) it gives an error that file FWUpdLc1.exe is not recognized. When I try to run MEInfoWin.exe I get error 1002 that it cant retrieve the ME Version.
