With all my Thinkpads I generally disable the trackpad for anything other than scrolling and do all my navigating with the Trackpoint. However, it would be handy to do a sort of Mac-like application switching or call Aero Flip with a two- or three-finger flick. The Synaptics Gesture Suite (http://www.synaptics.com/solutions/tech ... s/touchpad) looks to possibly provide this sort of functionality on normal Synaptics touchpads that aren't explicitly multi-touch (I've got a T400).
Has anyone tried this out? Is it worthwhile? Does it screw up the normal Trackpoint settings?
Thanks.
