T500 Issue with UBUNTU 11.04

Just upgraded to latest UBUNTU 11.04 .
The latest Kernel supplied would stuck on ETH0 whether physically connected or not . I had to use the previous one 2.6.35-28 which works fine . ( I believe the newest one is 2.6.35-38 ) .

Any one has an Idea how to fix this . ( Excluded this one the new version is FASTER)
