Hy!

I did some time ago product recover media. I got 9 CD and also I did 3 DVD. If I use DVD then for beginning it goes from rescue and recover center, and I choose there to restore hard drive for factory state. Then it is doing a thing and in the end computer wants to power off. So with a next start up it demands a second disk, so I give it that, but when comes to the third disk then I have an error: error copying file D:/FactoryRecovery/sdrivebackup.swm Error112:There is not enough space on the disk. Recover stopped!

If i choose to do recover with CD then it boots up from the beginning of the recovering process and demands a operating system disk but none of them CD do not apply. If it comes to the driver section then it works, but I do not have a windows in the hard drive.
It is messy but I do not understand what I do wrong?

Edit: Well I searched a little bit on the forum and understand that the DVD are recovery media and CD are product recovery. Well I want to get working product recovery. Some why it will not install Windows XP, only drivers and stuff. I remembered that there is not any problem when creating a product recovery disks.

Which system are you trying to recover?

Do you have a special partition setup?

Sort of sounds like you are trying to install the Recovery image to the partition that already contains the Recovery image. I find it's usually best to zero fill the entire disk before using the Recovery discs.
