T510 - Seagate Momentus XT drive in the Utlra Bay

I have a T510 with a Lenovo SSD. Am wondering if anyone has used the Seagate Momentus XT drive in the Utlra Bay and if they noticed any improvement over a 7200 HD? Thanks.
