Panel upgrade for T520

I am thinking of buying a T520 and upgrade the panel myself.
1. Are in the T520 still display panels with a special lenovo chip? So I can not use third party displays?
2. What is the model identification number of the FHD panel? So I could buy it on ebay
3. Which are the model identification numbers of the IPS panels of 16:9 15.6 inch notebooks as HP - who uses IPS in some of their 15.6 premium notebook line afaik.
