Can't Figure Out FRU Numbers

I'm looking to get some new parts in my 2008 T400, but I'm having trouble figuring out which FRUs to order. I have:

Lenovo ThinkPad T400
1440x900 LED Display
Bluetooth
Camera

I want:

1. Hinges
2. Display
3. Bezel

It was ordered on launch day.

I'm finding multiple FRUs that seem to fit each part. It this just an issue of different manufacturers?

More confusion! I'm seeing different FRUs for "High-NIT LED" models. My LED-lit display is 1440x900. It was the only LED option that I could find on launch day.

Almost all screens from almost all models can come from various suppliers. Each has a different FRU
