IWS warranty with T420

I am in India and want to purchase Thinkpad T420 from US. Could you please tell me if it covers IWS for India and if not how can I get one for that.

Also I am in a little confusion between T420 and T520 selection. I am in software/web development and a little bit of web designing and currently using 15" laptop for the same from last 4 years. can you suggest if there any issue with software / web development on a 14" T420 laptop machine or i should go with 15" T520.

You've just pointed to a T520 build page at Lenovo. There is no machine built yet, therefore no machine type. I believe there's a way to actually build the machine and then save the config. and email it to yourself. Try that and post it here.
