Dell 2007FP vs HP zr22w for T410s

Hi guys, I'm using t410s right now. Want to find a IPS monitor. Currently have two choices.
Dell 2007FP (Refurbished 30Day Warranty) $95
HP zr22w (New, 3 year warranty) $175
Which one would be a good choice?

Not for game.
But need good color, clear text, mainly for word and picture process, surf internet, sometime watch movie.
The HP zr22w has DP, is it better than VGA to connect to my T410s?

I used to have a Dell 2001FP and was considering the 2007 as a replacement, but I think I saw somewhere online that not all were IPS. I think there's a way to tell from the packaging, but I don't recall off the top of my head what it is. I ended up with the Samsung 2333T, which is a PVA panel and I've been pretty happy with it. The 30 day warranty isn't too inspiring on the Dell.

i have 6 dell 20 inch displays..
some pretty old and still going, 24/7, in my security system..
these 2001FP (?) panels were very good and still are.. newer dell's are not so good as a 17 inch used one failed after about 6 months 24/7 use..

i use h/p w2408h and w2558hc and these are brilliant with amazing color..

the one thing the 20 inch dells have is composite and s-video inputs as well as the 15 pin vga..
which makes them good for running three from a security multiplexer..

I ordered two used 2007FP panels last month.
If I remembered correctly, the serial numbers ending with S are Samsung PVA panels, while the ones ending with L are LG IPS panels. You should ask the seller to specify before purchasing. I grabbed both of mine from Ebay and both are IPS panels.
