420 configuration options

Hey guys,

I nailed down my notebook choise to ThinkPad 420 however they came in two configurations and I am a bit confused as to what to get.

First one is:
2.6Ghz i5-2540M CPU with dedicated graphic card Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M

Second one is:
2.7Ghz i7-2620M with integrated Intel HD 3000 graphic card

The one with Nvidia is around $150 more expensive. Can i play CS:S with Intel HD 3000 gpu? Otherwise laptop will be used in college for computer science (lots of Java compiling and so on).
