Still not clear on fastest T520 or 420, quad core available?

I must be getting too old to keep track of Intel nomenclature, but just to clarify, is it possible to get a T series with four cores/8 threads? Also, does the WWAN expansion slot have SATA signaling like the W520 has?
TIA,

The T520 is configurable with a quad, but if you want a discrete graphics card, you might as well bump to the W520.
The T420 is only available from the factory with a dual, but you can apparently swap it out for a quad core Sandy Bridge and it would work (although run a bit toasty at times).

I want a quad core and am debating whether to go T520 or W520. I want the best screen display available but also want to avoid excessive heat. Any opinions on which way to go?

They are essentially exactly the same, except the W520 is available with much better GPU options, cheaper (base)
