Hi,
I have a problem with my thinkpad T520, model typr 4242, there seems to be no display even though the system seems to start up and everything else seems to run but i get absolutely no display at bootor further. This is a relatively new system just 2 months old. Any suggestions ??

I did get a display on the external LCD but it was washed out. I tried to re install the integrated video drivers and now i have no display on ext. LCD. As of now i only have a background light on the laptop screen with slight colour on it.

If you press FN-F7 does the external LCD now come on? Try it a couple of times waiting a few seconds in between presses.

Have tried that but no success.
