The CPU Fan at 0 RPM when the CPU temp below 50°

After updating the BIOS (V1.29->V1.31) for my T520, the CPU temp also changed. Before that, the CPU Fan alway works at around 2600 RPM at any temp, but now it just work if the temp is more than 50°. The ideal temp before updating the BIOS is 35°, and now is 45°... My question is does the new BIOS version work fine? or should I go back with the older version. Thanks.

Sounds like a desirable thing to me- looks like they did address the noise complaints people had (more with the W520, I thought).
If you're worried about it, download TPFanControl.
You see, you're not overheating until you start peaking 85 degrees C (the maximum temperature the CPU can take is 100C)- if you want it cooler, set up TPFC so that the fan runs at 2600RPM (I believe that's fan level 4) all the time using the manual override or its configuration file.
So yeah, you're fine.
