Who have T400s BIOS Hack

I bought new wifi card, Intel 6300 (Lenovo Part). But, BIOS is showed error 1802
Who have T400s BIOS Hack, or Whitelist, or something like that, please give it to me.
I google for 2 days, but I didn't find it.

Make 150% sure your system is stable before you attempt to flash your bios. a random disc read error or bluescreen during a bios flash and your computer will be magically transformed into a paperweight.
I personally think flashing your bios to save a few dollars on a card is foolish. I never took the risks seriously until I bricked a unit myself, and I was very careful. I got the thinkpad and used it for several hours after installing windows to make sure it was stable. I then booted from a bios boot disc, it said it was flashing, then said it was done, then the machine went dead. I now believe there was a problem with the cdrom drive. A log file showed that I had some disc read errors during the windows install, but I assumed it was a sloppy disc burn, and it recovered from the errors during the install, but one tiny error of any kind on a bios flash and your system is kaput. Only manually reburning or replacing of the bios chip can fix it, or replacing the system board which I did in my case.
