L430 webcam... I don't have it..I want it!

Hello,
I have a Thinkpad L430 (machine 2466-D86 ) with 3 years warranty that I just opened and realised there's no integrated camera
If I install the camera part from lenovo (any of the 3 in the part lookup) will it work or there is something additional needed?
