Vote: which is better? L420 vs T430 keyboard.

The L420 and xx30 both share the same keyboard layout except one is backlit chicklet and one is the old style full key. Which do you prefer? I'm probably leaning towards xx30, but I haven't personally felt the L420 keyboard.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

I would say its mostly a tie, but the T430 keyboard has backlit which gives it a slight edge for me at least.

The L420 keyboard is just like the T420 keyboard in quality, only 6 row instead of 7.

The island keyboard is typically sturdier and flexes less + can be backlit. However, it is less resistant to dirt and grime infiltrating the mechanism.

L420 has integrated numpad, index key, and more Fn combinations so it's a more functional keyboard. It even has browser keys as Fn combos for Fn+PgUp and Fn+PgDn, however this is entirely a gimmick because Alt+Arrows do the exact same thing!!

+1 - Absolutely hate the chiclet style keyboards and I'm sticking with the good old reliable 7 row keyboards. :-)
