If it works perfectly fine in Windows after you have the graphics drivers installed (and shows the same problem without the graphics drivers), this would be an EDID compatibility problem.
I had this on a Dell laptop before where I replaced with the WSXGA+ screen coming out of an MSI laptop, and the same problem occurs but it's perfectly fine in Windows with the graphics driver working properly.
Curiously enough, I tried the same screen on the same laptop but the integrated graphics version, the problem is not present.
I guess the solution would be to modify the EDID information of the panel, or swap the panels with another laptop. Maybe that other laptop won't have this compatibility issue with this panel.

As I said, EDID compatibility problem, and this is if under Windows after the graphics drivers are installed, the issue disappears.

The drivers are installed i also flashed the new diwplay sucessfully with a lenovo cpompatible FHD Dispaly but nothing changed maybe i damaged the display cable. I will swap back to old display and see if the image gets good again

UPDATE: I changed the Cable to "75Y5628" this should be the same like "45M2859". Can someone verify that?

I still have the same Problem. bad image quality and a light green touch instead of dark black in post screen
