hello everyone,



just received my SL300 today in the mail and i'm extremely satisfied. however, one small issue that's turning into a rather large one is concerning my trackpad. the scrolling ability on the trackpad works on some programs, but not all. is this a hardware issue or is this some kind of software glitch? it seems like the scrolling function only works on select programs like word, IE, photoshop, etc.... but not on others, such as itunes, YM...



any help is extremely appreciated.

I am comfortable with trackpoint , however, why don't you ask your vendor?

Marin, wasn't it the SL300 that had an Alps TouchPad, not Synaptics? In such case, it won't help.

Anyone know exactly which models have the Alps?

Tue, sorry! There is some small chance that the alps touchpad has similar "configuration" file though.
