Mod wanted: ThinkLight equivalent?

Flabberghasted that my SL400 didn't have the ThinkLight.
Anyone have a mod or 3d party add-on, less clumsy than the cheap USB plug-in snake-lights, to add an LED for the keyboard?

I use my ThinkLight a lot, therefore I can understand your disappointment in not having one. However I can also understand why your ThinkPad does not have it. Profit margins are very thin so manufacturers must watch every dollar they spend. Adding a ThinkLight to the entry level ThinkPad lineup is too expensive, thus they left it out. As far as an alternative, other than what you mentioned I'm not aware of anything.
