Thinkpad SL 400 Overheat

Dear All i have problem with my Thinkpad Sl 400.
my Laptops always overheat even i just use for browsing or using word or PPT.
i used 3 party software to detect the temperature :
CPU temperature is between 55- 64 Celsius.
hardisk 40- 47 Celsius.

My thinkpad Spesification is SL 400 274378V
Intel Core 2 duo T5870 2.0 giga hertz
Ram 3 giga
OS; Windows 7 32 Bit Original Version( i got from my university).
