R500...display inverter question

#1 Post by PandorasThinkpad » Tue Apr 12, 2016 12:43 am

Hi Folks!

I have asked this question already in the german forum, but i got no answer until now....

So maybe anyone here will know what i am interested in....

The question is, what is the difference, if there is one...between the inverter with FRU 41W1482 and the one with FRU 41W1484, both inverters for CCFL on the R500?

Thanks and nice greetings,

PanDoRA

Manufacturer
41W1482 = Foxconn
41W1484 = Sumida
Functionwise there's no difference between them.
Based on my LED-mod inverter experience, my first choice would be Sumida, but I don't think that's relevant here.
