Advanced Dock ports

The dock esata and dock usb ports are non-functional on my dock, what to do? Went thru this 6-7 months ago with same non-functional results. Just Installed 64 bit Win 7, then drivers, no Dock USB functionality. Same on 2 docks, never has worked on any dock or operating system. Simple driver error on my part??
