My W510 don't have this option in ThikVantage Tools. The Recovery and Backup Tools is the new version. So I only do the bakup of system. My restore drive has a copy of the system.

Does your hard drive still have the recovery partition?

In Windows 7, click the start button and type in Computer Management. Then select storage.

In Windows XP, go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Storage

If the recovery partition is still there, you may still be able to burn a copy of the discs.

If you don't have the recovery partition, then your only proper legal option (and the only kind of option discussed here) is to call Lenovo and pay their fee for a replacement set of DVDs.
