170W Slim AC Adapter

Hello,

I have W520 I bought last time which came with 170W AC Adapter brick.

Now I went to Lenovo site to check and configure a new W530.
What I see during customization is what they call : "170W Slim AC Adapter - US (2pin)"

So I wondering. Did they make a new 170W AC which is actually "Slim" as this is what they write during checkout for the W530 power supply.

Surely no one can call SLIM to the old 170w power brick.

I tried to search for it online but didn't come up with an answer.

The wonder of marketing... All of the write ups I've read online say it's the same 170 watt adapter than shipped with the W520 (although in Lenovo's site it does say the actual adapter shipped can vary my country and all the reviews I've read are from the USA).

Hey, if my circumference were under 9" I'd be way beyond slim!

The accessory store does show the same adapter for the W520 and the W530. I suspect someone was doing a copy/paste/edit when setting up the W530 ordering options and missed an edit. Or has a weird sense of humor.

They mean "slimmer than a real brick"

Though it's also technically wide than a real brick

It's the same one for the W530...at least the one I have matches all the pictures W520 owners have posted...
