W510 screen flicker / pixelate then BSOD

Good day,

My W510 has been working perfectly until last night.. I was looking at videos on YouTube and just as one was loading.. the screen started to pixelated (sp).. flicker then BSOD.

The blue screen offered a message indicating it was "dumping" something to the disk.. then it rebooted and offered the "start normal" question screen. I started normally and it has been fine ever sense..

Any ideas what caused this to happen?

My machine is:

4318CTO Win 7 64 bit
