Can i use my standard 90W adapter with my W510? It have a I7-820QM and it does not RAID. Will it be able to run at full speed?

As far as I'm aware, the 90w power brick will work with the W510, though you will get throttling i.e. not full speed
this is in contrast to the case of trying to use the 90w with a W520 where it won't like it at all

If it's a Lenovo 90W charger, you should be able to. They are pretty universal regarding Thinkpads.
Anyway, try sticking it in. Though, make sure to check the numbers specified on both battery and charger. To make sure that you don't fry it.
